Pop art

This Pop art is from David Hockney.
1. Pop art images are images in reality but are made with different colors and shapes.
2. His work is considered like Pop art because he adds contrast to the colors and puts shapes in the sky. Basically, reality pictures with a touch of abstract.
3. His artwork is contrasted and has wonderful outdoor scenery.
4. I picked this artist because I found it to be on the opposite side of pop art. Its pop art, but it still has a scenery unlike most others while it’s just shapes or celebrities. I like it for that reason, it stands out from the rest of pop art.

Taking a Vacation

I put Zoe in a flower garden because I just felt like the pose and the vibe of the original picture had a calm nature about it. It made sense to me to add the flower crown, bird, and the butterflies because it is a garden after all. Her eyes are close, and it looks like she’s just in the moment.

  2. Colors and contrast are eye catching to anyone.
  3. With lines and abstract shapes make it more interesting to see.
  4. Different lighting and the way it hits your object can change how drastic their features are.
  5.  To have patients and to wait for the perfect moment to take a picture.

Fill Flash

Fill lash is used to fill in the object that is covered with a shadow.

It’s also used to even out the light behind the object so when editing

you don’t have to make the object light while making the background

even lighter.

My Favorite Teacher/s

Ms. Cauchon! I chose Ms. Cauchon because she’s one of my carefree teachers. Since day one, this class has made the students feel welcome and stress free. She lets my friends and I have fun together in class as long as we work together. This class is fun for me, and a class I wanted to take for a long time, but since I’m in this class now I don’t regret it. She helps me and the others I class regularly without even having to ask her. The suggestions that Ms. Cauchon gives is a big help and making me better in photography and editing. I would take this class for all my years of high school if I could. I love how fun Ms. Cauchon is and how she encourages us to do better in our pictures and editing.
Mrs. Novy, newly Mrs. Knight! She is also one of the nicest teachers I have had this year. Helping us understand the meaning of the stories and having most kids to watch what they say depending on where they’re at. She helps you stay dependent on your work by sending you emails and reminding you at school by putting a deadline. Even if you past that deadline she is willing to help you out! Being in her class calms me down from previous classes. Overall, she’s a nice teacher and a good one. If she has an English class next year, then I’m looking forward to going back. If not, then this year is a good one.
